15 minutes, I've seen posts saying that it should be about 190. I haven't been able to check it on the road due to the great Northeast winter. At least it keeps the miles down right.
Now is a good time for preventative maintenance anyway, check up in front of the radiator (above the center air dam) to make sure there isn't anything up there blocking air flow.
The big question is whether the fans turn on at the right time, and hold the temp as they should. I've read on the forum that the trigger temp is 228, and they should probably bring it down to about 210-215, then shut off.
I've also found these things heat up fast. If you've got the stock thermostat in it, you'll hang around 195 with good airflow. With the Predator tune, my fans seem to kick on earlier, and it stays below 200. But stock, it ran 220-230 on LA freeways or around town, and back down to about 195 when the air started moving.
Still, good to check things out. The intake for radiator air is down low, so it tends to pick up all sorts of stuff. We brushed mine out while we had the shroud off for the Vararam install, and got a lot of chaff. Being in farm country, this was just rice hulls from the fall, but they fell off the trucks and landed on the road, and got snarfed up into the condenser, which is in front of the rad.
