Figure about 4.3 for a Z06 up to about 5.0 for an early 2.73(?) auto. Lots and lots of variables for launch, surface, etc. I think your car would be in that 4.7-4.8 range. Sorry, but a Blackwing alone won't make much diff, maybe a few thousandths IMO.
Is there a particular reason you want 0-60mph times and not 1/4 mile times? 0-60mph times, I guess, are good for impressing people that really don't know much about cars but they are generally a bad judge of how fast a car is. For example, the C6 Z06 reaches 60mph in first gear just after redline so in that case you are just measuring how fast it can wind out one gear. Shifting is not necessary so who knows if it can jam through the gears or if you are going to have to take a nap between gears. I know that the C6 Z is very fast but I'm just trying to make a point. A car like the C5 Z can be just as fast but adding a shift into the 0-60 time will slow it down a couple of tenths.
The better judge is the 1/4 mile. Generally a street car will shift at least three times(the faster you go the more you shift) over the 1/4 mile so it really tests the car better. If you don't get out of the hole you will have a slow run. If you miss shifts you will have a slow run.
Over all the 1/4 is a much better judge of a cars straight line performance.
My 2001 A4 w/ 3.15 rear end does 5.07 secs on 0-60 mph. I have flowmaster mufflers and a K&N intake but I don't think those things really help anything but the SOUND and they DO SOUND NICE.....
That's measured with the stock Goodyear tires on asphalt on a rather cool day so it might get a little better on a warm day when the tires hookup better.
