I bought my car with 40883 miles on original runflats. I have put about 7500 on her since and I just measured the rears - 5/32" +/- tread left. Just a streeter to date but the longer I own the Silver Bullet the more the rear tires seem to spin. Most folks say a streeter can get 55-60000 out of a set,,,not much more though. When they get a little lower it will be new tires, wheels, rotors, calipers time,,,, part of the "PLAN".

50,000 miles!!! Do you ever start the engine? Or do you just push it everywhere.
Actually, the prime key to long life is getting the camber set to as close to zero as possible, front and rear. Otherwise they'll wear the inside 1" or so to the cord, and have zillions of kilometres left on the rest of the tire. Ditto on the tire pressure.
Edit: I use my car for touring, not racing, so long tire life is important to me, but I agree with everyone who says the tires give a rough ride. Fortunately, we have well paved highways (mostly) so it's not that big an issue.

I have a little over 36,000 on my original run-flats. They are still fine but getting towards the upper end of life. They have somewhere between 5-10K left on them. There are a lot of factors that affect tire life, so it doesn't surprise me that folks have variances in the numbers. Some of the lowest numbers in this thread seem too low to me though. On those it sounds like something was out of adjustment.

If you drive aggressively and have a "strong street" or "track" alignment done, you'll be running with lots of toe-out (technically, your alignment will be out of spec) for quick steering response. This will decrease your tire life, but steering response will be stellar. This is likely part of the reason why "your mileage may vary"...
18K from my original set, and that wasn't abusing the car. I went to Michelin Pilot Sport AS Z/P's and heads, cam, longtubes, SS3200 stall, etc, etc., and have 40K now with plenty of tread left. Dump the Goodyears....no comparison.

I have heard these tires are loud but figured I wouldn't notice them over my headers and borla quads? I am more concerned with how much mileage. Seems like a lot of factors will determine mileage ie. Burnouts, tire pressure, alignment, etc. I was looking for an average.
My DD has 65500 on Firestone Firehawk Runflats... Put on at 29800, back in 2002.. They need replacing, less than 2/32, basically driving to work. I understand that this is typical.
