Who has ported their MAF sensor themselves and is it worth the time? Did you remove the air screen behind the sensor and did it throw a code? Also how much porting did you do? I was going to just polish the inside casting.
I did my MAF and throttle body at the same time and there was definitely a "seat of the pants" improvement. The throttle response was noticeably crisper. I never had any codes.
As far as it being worth it, that's up to you. I had all the stuff to do it already, so all I had in it was time, and it is somewhat time consuming. You shouldn't have any trouble though, I mean, being a "Porter" and all.
