DIC Code P0757
Has anyone ever gotten one of these. Search revealed nothing. I got a CEL on the way home yesterday after quite a long drive (8hours)
Quick check of vitals (oil pressure, oil temp, tranny temp, coolant temp) says all is good. At a stop in traffic pulled the codes and got P0757 HC.
I made a mental note and reset the codes. I fnished up the rest of my trip home (about 1hr more of driving). The CEL didn't come up. I got home shut the car down and turned it back on and no light again.

DTC P0757 2-3 Shift Solenoid (SS) Valve Performance - No Third Or Fourth Gear
I didn't notice any problems with the tranny, I think I would have noticed if I was missing 3rd/4th on the highway.

Prolly nothing. I see that code alot in my shop. All it really means is that the tranny built up a bit more pressure than usual and the sensor picked it up. Nothing to worry about unless it starts shifting funny. Then you may need to replace the solenoid inside the tranny.
