I have a 2000 corvette with approx. 45k miles. Yesterday I noticed some pink/reddish fluid on the garage floor under the drivers side front area. Any ideas of what this could be?
Sounds like power steering fluid to me. The pump is at the front of the engine on the driver's side. You might take a look under the hood and check for leaks.

Check your power steering fluid and put your hand under the pump and see if there is a leak there.
The windshield washer fluid resevoir is on the driver's side too and the winter formula I believe is sometimes pink---Dex-cool is a copper rust color and power-steering fluid is usually clear when new and dark brown when old--the resevoir level sensor just pushes into the side and pops out easily if bumped like during plug changes or something--it is right by the brake booster----

Reason: I meant driver's side not right side----
If it is the power steering pull the drivers side front wheel and check the back of the pump for leaks. If your hand isn't too big you can reach in through the wheel well and check out back side of the pump
I have a 02 Z and am having the same problem. After a quick trip to the dealership they said there was no leak, however after she sits for a few days there is a few drops of redish-color liquid. All fluids appear to be full...
