First, you'll need to upload them to a server somewhere. Then, when you go to post, click on the Image button under the input field and enter the file's location inside the IMG tags.

An easy way is to open a home page by clicking on the "Home Pages" button above. Follow the new-members instructions. You don't really have to set up pages, just upload the files using the menu items on the left. Keep 'em small so they will download quickly. Use a tag like:
[abc]http://www.corvetteforum.net/c5/xxxxx/photo.jpg[/abc]
Substitute img for abc to include the photo in your post.
