I am replacing the Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2. I am looking in the manuals and I can not seen to find out if the is driver side or passenger side. Any Help would be appreciated.

That would be the rear (after cat) sensor in the right (passenger side) pipe.
Bank 1= left
Bank 2 - right
Sensor 1 = front
Sensor 2 = rear
Note, on the REAR sensors...the wiring will run up the tunnel and connect on the opposite side. In your case, you will be unplugging the square connector up by the firewall on the left side.
It will make sense when you get under there and see how the sensors are angled and how the wires run along the tunnel.
