Default **** ECS Gear Upgrade $1295 ****

Spring Time is coming and think how nice it would be to be driving around your vette with upgraded gears. Have your gears installed now by ECS and you have plenty of time to break them in properly before the warm weather hits.

ECS does not believe in 1 gear fits all drivers so let ECS help you decide on 3.73s, 3.90s, 4.10s or maybe no change at all. Their guidance will be based on your driving style, your current and future rwhp and their vast customer base which is always providing feedback.

ECS gear upgrades are done in house and in the same day. Come in the morning and leave in the afternoon with your new gears. Watch as your rear is dropped and the new gears go in your rear (not some rear that you have no idea where it has been or what it has gone through).

The price for upgrading your 3.42s to Cryo treated 3.73s, 3.90s or 4.10s is $1295.00 installed (this also includes new axle seals). If you want more protection then add the Hardened Output Shaft for an additional $295.00. Just think, you can come in the morning and leave in the afternoon with new gears and hardened output shaft for under $1600.00.

And if you need even more protection then have the DTE Transmission Brace installed while you are there for an additional $449.00.

To get this pricing the work has to be done in house.

Send me a PM or email me at ECSRacing@ecsracing.com if you want to know more or schedule an appointment.

Thanks

Bob

Chris and Doug just put some 4:10's for me..(along with some other stuff)...I picked my car up friday, and it is like a different vehicle...Awesome Mod....The great thing about this shop is that they will work with you towards what you want your Vette to be in the end...They are honest about what you will need and what you dont.....

Sounds like a great deal. 4.10's with a hardened shaft is the way to go.

That is very hard to do...Chris is the one with the pretty mouth.

BTW...I have 4.10's, the hardened output shaft and the DTE strut brace, all installed by ECS. Nearly 100 - 1/4 mile passes and over 10,000 street/highway miles...it's a great combination.

Thems fightin' words!

BTW, you forgot to mention that this is with Crio treated gears also, and that we are only installing them in house, if you are looking for an "over the counter" differential give Phil at DTE a call.

This thread just makes me HAPPY that I have an ECS 3.73 rear end - bought it used, and had to install it myself, but happy nonetheless! And I've talked to Chris on occassion - great guy and ALWAYS ready to answer questions.

CAN'T go wrong w/ ECS IMHO.

Hello Iam really interseted in getting this done to my car asap just not sure what gears to go with. My car is a 2003 LS1 w/ an auto trans. its not a daily driver but I drive it spritly every time I get in it. I dont track the car nor do I rearly brake 100 mph . gas mileage is not an issue. but I do a fair amount of hiway miles. so any Ideas what to go with ? and yes it has 2.73's now so anything will be a step up. I would like to do H/C upgrade soon as well. also do you recailbrate the computer for the gears , shift points and so on? Thanks for the info and how soon would you be able to do my car? and how far are you from Camden county , Lindenwold 08021. Oh and the car is totaly stock so far.

Phil

ECS is located less than 1.0 hour from you. Basically Turnpike North to 195

For 2.73 car we recommend that you go to the Z06 carrier with 3.42s in it. Everything is new. The cost which includes installation and the tranny tune is $1495.00.

If interested send me a PM and we will see when we can schedule you in.

Yes Iam very interested do you have saturday hours? during the week is somewhat hard for me to get off. but if no saturdays I can try to work it out for some one to cover my shift. if you do work saturdays do you have anything open for tomorrow? I know probably to short of a notice but I am free if you can fit it in . also would 3.42's be enough ? or will 3.73 work as well. iam kinda old school and always ran 3.73's in many of my old muscle cars from my past. Sorry for not PMing you on this but iam not sure how to do that on this site.
