Corsa's just not right?
I have installed the the Corsa-Indy series, with classic tips, along with their X-pipe. The problem is on the passenger side. The tips don't wanna line up right, the over the axel pipe is hitting the frame, (I had to FORCE it out with a broom handle), and the X-pipe outlet/flange is considerably lower on the right side! Corsa told me to "just loosen the clamps" and rotate it.................Tried 5 times, no luck. Any suggestions?? It seems to me that the problem starts back at the x-pipe. That right side IS LOWER. :confused:

Sounds like the weld on the X-pipe may be the culprit.
I loosen the clamps and the the 2 bolts at each flange when adjusting, it makes it easier to line the tips up correctly.

I also had a problem with alignment when I installed my headers. The install required the midpipe to be slightly altered to line up with the header collector pipes. The adjustment that put the mid pipe out of parallel is necessary and works because the headers are fixed location and the mufflers float. The install shop didn't notice the problem until after everything was completed. They told me that they could fix the alignment for an additional cost. I haven't gotten to it yet.
