GM uses a quick connect fitting on their fuel lines. Does anyone know where I can find male and female fitting? I'm putting together a completely new fuel system and I will be running solid tube and/or braided lines and I need the GM style fitting to interface with the GM components such as the fuel rails, fuel filter/regulator etc. I've searched around with not luck so far.
try www.car-parts.com that is a auto scrapyard place - type in the parts you are looking for, and maybe you can find something used.
Acutally I'm looking for new fittings. If you look at a GM fuel line, the fittings are part of the fuel line assembly and are not separate as far as I know. So I don't think I can take a used assembly an adapt it to the fuel system I'm trying to put together. Essentially I have the LS1 Fuel rail male fitting up front and the Fuel filter/regulator male fitting in the back, and I need to create a fuel line in between. So I will need the female quick connect fitting at the ends of my fuel line in order to connect to the fuel rail and fuel reg/filter.
check Jegs and Summit, search LT1 and LT4 fuel fittings.
I have used those to make new lines to the tanks.
I searched both sites and no such fittings were found.
"LT1 fuel"
"LT4 fuel"
"LT1 fitting"
"LT4 fitting"
"LT1" -> Air & Fuel delivery
"LT4" -> Air & Fuel delivery
Here is what I did.Summit has them.Part # AEI-15103,AEI-15104.Or JEGS part# 027-15103 & # 027-15104.Then I had to get a reducer from Jegs #100223 Thats for 6an hose.I have after market fuel rails.Those are the male fittings,I don't know about the female fittings.

Driver456,
Yes, that's what I'm looking for....well, sort of. I'm actually looking for the female version.
I went to the Aeromotive site and while they have the male versions, they dont seem to have the female: http://www.aeromotiveinc.com/pdetail.php?prod=90
The braided line is the stock fuel line and the red & blue fittings are AN fittings.The fittings from Jegs and Summit are Aeromotive fittings(male)Is this for an older Vette? If so just get the 2 short braided lines from a newer Vette.. no?....................Paul
