Mine was squeeking and it turned out to be the shoulder belt, or something in the routing if I recall. I think I posted something on it. I'll see if I can find it and PM it to you.

thanks, il check it , but i dont think its coming from the seat belt, sounds like its coming from lid that covers the roof when its in the down position
If this is with the top down then the two rubber pads under the top cover aren't exerting enough pressure against the folded top; each large bump causes the folded top to move up and down causing a squeek. With the top cover open find the two black rubber pads and put a rag over each then close the cover and drive it. If the squeek is gone then add some foam rubber to the rubber pads to increase the pressure against the closed top.
The 2 rubber "bolts" are about 50 cents each and the center screw with the washer is EXHORBITANTLY PRICED at about $5.00. Replaced the center screw with washer about a year or so ago, A groove was worn into it from opening the tonneau cover. Replaced the 2 rubber bolts about 2 months ago when I heard a little squeeking. Outside temp then in the teens and 20s. Now its warmer. 60s. Squeeks and crackles terribly. When I replaced the side trubber bolts I noticed the center screw was very LOOSE. So I removed it and used some red locktite. It takes a #25 torx to adjust. As it turns out I had the center screw/washer TOO HIGH UP. This will cause a squeek on BOTH SIDES regardless of how you adjust the rubber bolts as the rear of the tonneau cover is flexing. Look thru the slit between the trunk and the tonneau. If the screw is too high it will raise the center of the tonneau TOO MUCH. Just adjusted it today so I might have to tweak the settings but you want the center screw about HALF WAY in on the threads. My side bolts are about 7 or 8 hex slots from fully seated. About 1 1/2 turns counterclockwise from being screwed fully down.
If there are any convertable top experts out there please fill me in on the CORRECT settings. BIGHANK
