I need some help because I'm out of options myself.
I just put new tires/ wheels on my 01' coupe. Cray 18 X 9 1/2 on the front and 19X 10 1/2 on the rear. Goodrich g-force tires all around with new tire sensors. I had the tires mounted on the rims by my tire guy and swapped the tires out myself because he didn't sound like he wanted to lift a vette. Everything went really easy with the pucks and two floor jacks. I fired her up and was going to get some gas, when i hear this scrapping sound coming from the right rear. My wife and I change places and i see that the wheel is wobbling. I drive back home, pull the wheel, wire brush the rust off the rotor for a completely flat surface, remove the rotor keepers on the studs and reinstall the wheel.
Same wobble.
Wheels are brand new Crays, 19X10 1/2. Tires balanced fine, according to him. There's no shake to the car, just an rubbing sound. I was thinking that the tire isn't centered on the rim and he balanced to that.

Since it's in the rear, I would suspect that some part of your brake hose assembly is rubbing. You should be able to see it with the car sitting on the ground. The hose support bracket has an eccentric hole that allows in/out adjustment. It probably just needs to be slid in all the way to accomodate your 1" wider rims. I have the same wheels and that's what I had to do.
