Default H Codes...no C Codes

A month ago I installed a catch can on my 03, and disconnected the TPS ? to get my fat little fingers in there for the lines, and within 5 miles I started getting codes. Check engine, A/H, TCS, and limited power, so I pulled over and shut it off, it was driving me crazy, not to mention that I could hardly go anywhere. Started up fine, except for the check engine light which later went off. We proceeded to go on the club's Valentines Day ralley and ended up leaving it set over night at the final house because of the afore mentioned problems again.
On Presidents day I took all the grounds apart and cleaned them, they were not corroded, and pulled the battery and ecm and cleaned all the contacts and grounds. I had 15 codes, all history: P1514, C1247, C1278, B2204, B2282, B2284, U1255, U1064, U1016, B2283, B2285, U1255, U1064, U1016, U1096. For 2 weeks I drove the car on little trips and nothing happened until we were going to the club meeting on Friday, 02 March and it repeated itself, only P1514 and C1247 ( maybe C1278 ), history.
Last night coming back from the Spring meet and greet, it started doing the same thing but i was able to coast to the house and shut it off, restarted and backed into the garage and checked the codes. This time it was P1514, B0521 (new) and B0851 (new), all history. Cleared them and the car runs fine and no check engine light.
Any one got any suggestions before I start tearing things apart?
