I personally like the Aluminum ATI damper. It's what GM racing recommends for race engines, and what I've run on all of my world challenge engines. None of them will be easy to install.

Yea, its going to be between the slp or asp, which ever I hear more good about I will get. I am looking for a used one if anyone has one.
My ASP was a piece of cake to install A LITTLE anti-seeze on the crank snout, the proper install tool w/ long enough threads, and a good sized 1/2 inch Snap On Torque wrench, and I had NO problem installing my crank pulley.
My ASP went on pretty easy, and it's running absolutely smooth with zero runout after 5K miles. My simple tip is to sneak it into your wife's oven at about 200 degrees, and hang an ice bag over the crank snout for awhile - it then starts on really easy. It's amazing how much aluminum will expand when heated even a small amount. We used to heat motorcycle cases, and freeze the bearings, and they would just fall into place.
I got the Powerbond (SLP) on a GP for cheap, and was surprised at how nice a piece it is. Installed very easily with a 150mm long bolt I got from a fastener store.
