LG Pro LT installation

Anyway, what all do I need to give the shop?
Gaskets: re-use the stockers? What about getting a set of the GM 97-00 C5 gaskets that have round ports to match the headers, where the 01+ are oval. My car is an 01.
O2 stuff: I'm going to put the LTs on with the off-road X-pipe. I understand that the rear 02s will get bad readings without cats, and I'll throw some codes. I do not have the money, and there is no place in town to get it tuned at the moment. The car should run fine, other than the codes, right? I don't need any extensions or anything do I?
Belt: I have the mockingbird chirp under the hood. The belts have to come off anyway to change the headers out, so I might as well put on a goodyear gatorback to eliminate the chirp. Free labor at this point, right?
I understand that with the B&B Bullets I have, and no cats this car is going to be disgustingly loud, which is just what I want.
Any other input?

I'd get a set of the newer GM MLS gaskets for a LS1. They're round, which is what you want for the headers, and seal very well. Since a shop is doing the install, I'd go for a set of ARP header studs, instead of the bolts. These are more precisely threaded, and don't strip out the threads on your heads as easily.(Make sure the shop uses anti-seize) I've taken off my headers a couple of times since their install, and the last time had to chase two holes, and decided to put in the studs. And you're right, it's gonna be obnoxiously loud.
