Transmission clunking
New member and just picked up my new 2000 C5 without a single rock chip in the front. It only has 70,000 miles, bought from an original owner that really babied it, but it makes a clunking noise when shifting the gears and it does not due it all the time. It did not do it when I picked up the car but 250 miles later it started.
Anyone have an idea what this might be?

Could be a universal joint and not the tranny... Also it could be the sway bar links or something like that.. Need to put it up and check it out...
