I just put on slotted/dimpled from Rotor Pros when I installed my new wheels. The also do drilled. The blanks they use are CTek from Centric Parts and appear to be of very good quality. Centric also owns StopTech.
The price was right for $240 shipped with painted hats. The only reason for going with these rotors was for appearance.

The people that cracks drilled rotors are doing some continues heavy braking from road coarses. If you do that, then you need to stay away from drilled rotors. If it's just a daily driver, a cruise in show car, then you should be OK with drilled rotors. But I wouldn't use GM rotors if you are planing on showing them. Get some thats been painted, or cad plated. And I wouldn't spend more than $250 for a set of drilled rotors eithers. I think mine are called Sport brakes. So far, no cracks.

If anyone was interested I have the website for the dimpled/slotted rotors. You have to email them for a price and they quoted me $235 for all four rotors that will be dimpled/slotted with the hats painted black.
