Default Titanium **** & Ripper Shifter

Check this pic out of the Ti **** I machined. It has a great feel when used with the B&B Ripper shifter. It makes shifting a dream, & the added weight eliminates all of shaft noise.

Looks cool but don't grab that **** after a couple of hours in the sun or a few hours when its below 0 out. (For you guys in the North Country). Fried palm is no fun nor is getting your palm frozen to the shift ****!! But still cool looking!!! :D :D :D

Looks pretty tall to me. That height increase will increase the shift's throw.

Actually, I made the **** taller then the stock one so it could be used with a pistol grip or a top grip. It makes the high spring rates on the ripper feel just right. The fourth to fifth change is alot better. The weather is pretty moderate now so it really has not been too hot or cold yet, but I am sure it will in 100f temps.

I agree it looks a bit tall but very very nice. That is a big chunk of ti. I do not think ti conducts heat like other metals. Does anyone know?

I have a ti bike frame which is tough and comfortable and will be in the family for many generations.
Nice work!
