Check Engine light - 10-pcm P0757?
The code on the list is:
P0157 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
A0-ldcm U1064
A1-RDCM U1064
A6-SCM B2860
A6-SCM U1064
I think the most serious code is the P0157 or P0757. If the O2 sensor is the problem how do I correct? Was it installed incorrectly or what? Still need help with the other codes. I know how to erase them but they come back.
Thanks,

P0757 is not listed on the C5 PCM Code list but is a transmission torque converter slippage code.
Now the question is how to edit out the code in HPTuners. This will resolve the problem.
Here is some additional info that I found.
"P0757 will be set, stored within the PCM, when the PCM has detected an incorrect shift pattern when both of the following occur:
The PCM commands third gear for 1 second or more.
The engine torque is 68-542 N·m(50-400 lb ft).
The engine speed is greater than 1.44 times the TCC slip speed.
The PCM then computes the estimated gear ratio and then compares the estimated gear ratio with what the third gear ratio should be (1.00:1). If the computed gear ratio is in the range of 1.575:1 to 1.825:1, the PCM has determined the transmission is not in 3 rd gear. It is, in fact, in second gear hydraulically.
All conditions are met for more than 2 seconds".
OR
"Condition 2
The PCM commands fourth gear for 1 second.
The estimated gear ratio is 1.8-3.3.
Speed ratio is 0.5 or greater.
The engine torque is 0-542 N·m (0-400 lb ft).
All conditions are met for 2 seconds".

my guess also.
