coolant temp switch/sensor
hey guys i'm new to the forum but i have a problem with my 01 6spd. every now and then i'll watch the coolant temp get up to about 240 then the fan kicks on and it drops down to 210. i already put a new thermostat and was thinking then coolant temp sensor isn't telling the fan to come on fast enough. does anyone make a lower temp switch that would make the fan come on sooner?? Any help would be great, thanks guys.

You can have the fans reprogrammed to come on at whatever temp you want to. Either with a techII, Predator handheld or tuner software. Mine comes on full blast at 207.
Make sure you check or clean the radiator with compressed air and remove all the leaves, bags etc in the front.
I think stock they come on at 236 ish.
