Default Alignment in California

Does anyone know of a good alignment shop in the San Francisco Bay area - one that understands Corvettes? Also, I've had several alignments done at different shops in NY, with varying results (all using stock specs), and I always wind up with more oversteer than I'm comfortable with. Is there a way to adjust the settings differently so that the car handles more neutrally without sacrificing even tire wear? Tires are in good shape and the car is a daily driver (99 mn6). I've learned a tremendous amount about my car from this forum. Thank you all.
