Default DYI clutch install help
Quick question- what special tool is used to disconnect the clutch hydraulic line from the master cylinder on '98 C5? I am speaking about the quick disconnect appearing section.

One to two flat head screw drivers, push in the white teflon sleeve with the screw drivers to release the hose ends.

Use an open end wrench to push the collar down and then pull it apart. 3/4" or 5/8" should do the trick. Screwdriver method works as well.

5/8" AC/fuel line disconnect tool works too.
