Default PLEASE HELP! HOTCHKIS ENDLINK ADJUSTMENTS?

THESE BARS ARE ABOUT TO GO ON MY CAR BUT THE DIRECTIONS DON'T EXPLAIN ABOUT THE ADJUSTABILITY THAT THE LINKS PROVIDE. i WANT TO DIAL IN AS MUCH UNDERSTEER AS POSSIBLE. WOULD I HAVE THE FRONT LINKS EXTENDED AND THE REAR LINKS SHORT OR VICE-VERSA??

That is not what you want to do! Just set one front and one rear to the approx length of the OEM endlinks, then install the other side so that the bars are neutral with the car on the gound.

If you adjust the bars to produce understeer in one direction (wedge), you will cause oversteer when turning the other.

Here is what Paul told me from VB&P (he makes the endlink spacers and supplies them to GM) I believe he is to busy racing and suppling the race teams with suspension and brake parts. What he told me was that you want no preload on the endlinks at all. This means you want them adjusted or loose to turn with weight on wheels. I have T1 suspension components, I took up the travel on the wheels and then measured for good measure and put them at the same height. I believe mine were 1 1/8" of thread showing on the front. Hope this helps. The OEM ones are completely different.
