Hey guys can you tell the correct wheel order for bleeding my breaks? Time to get rid of the old nasty fluid and put new Dot 3 in with some speed bleeders and SS lines.
Did mine RR LR RF LF... Also added super blue brake fluid with some stainless lines. The blue fluid also helps you know when all the old fluid is gone. Zero brake fade.
Just did the steel lines and speed bleeders. Used Motul 6 fluid. Don't forget the clear plastic lines and watch the bubbles flow!! Did the RR, LR, RF,LF approach.
Any DIC codes codes thrown after doping this service? ABS service?
Thanks guys for your post
Mike
I've heard that you might get an ebcm code 1255 or some similar code. I think it depends on how you flush the system and how fast you do it. Clear the code and you *should* be ok.

Got SS lines installed with speed bleeders and brakes feel great. Flushed whole system prior to line/bleader swap and then blead system again to ensure no trapped air.
To easy, just had to work the line security clips.
Ok guys what are the right steps for a 04 Z06? What would be best mini vac with speed bleeds or have someone pump the brakes? Plus do you need key on during bleeding? Thanks for your ideas.
I have been known to just slip tubing onto all the bleeders and then into a jar. Crack the bleeders open, grab a beer and a lawn chair and let gravity do the work. Just have to get up once and a while to top off the reservoir. Sometimes if I’m lucky, my wife will come to see what I’m doing, so I ask her to top the reservoir off so I don’t have to get up.
