So cruising in 6th gear today at low RPM I had a check engine light come on.. Since the header install and tune, this is the second time its done it. I got to work and checked the codes....It said one for PCM and 3 for Radio????? whats that mean?
I cleared them and went back to my fuel gauge. It showed the average reset itself and the range said low...I hada 3/4 of a tank left....any ideas???????
You need to dig a little deeper and determine which specific codes are present...not just erase them en-masse. See here for instructions (last paragraph, in particular). The PCM code is responsible for the CEL.

You didn't do something right, follow his link to look at the codes.
BTW - I'm sure you realize the 1 PCM code is what caused your "check engine" light to come on.
