Of the 12 settings, according to directions, on the QA1 adjustable shocks the positive lowest number should yield the softest ride. I did this and got a ride like a truck. If this was the softest what must the highest negative ride be like!!!!!! I had tried +6,+6 =rough ride! Tried +4,+3=rough ride!!
So I decided to try the highest negative to see what real rough was like. Well it is as smooth as silk!!! Super smooth!! Either they told me the wrong thing or my shocks settings work in reverse. Nonetheless, I can now go from smooth, mild-mannered daily driver to a bad-*** handling beast!!! Installed them myself along with Z06 calipers, racing pads, steel brake lines with speed bleeders, Motul 6 brake fluid. It was great fun -wish I had a two point lift, I'm permanently bent over from being curled up in wheel wells!! Good thing Shumacher retired!!!
Thanks Paul - I have been busy doing some finish up work on the hacienda and on the car - road racing classes in May. Next few weeks will be devoted to golf, golf and more golf!!!!
