When I turn my Air Conditioning sometimes it makes this terrbile nosie like there is a bag stuck in the fan or something. When I turn it off and on about 3 times it goes away and works fine. If I leave the AC on when I turn the car off and then turn the car back on with the AC still on, it does not make this noise (only once or twice.)
Do you have an HVAC codes when you run diagnostics? Check for Code B0361. I have similar symptoms and the code is pointing to an actuator problem on my left side.

Anyone have any suggestions?
It sounds like you have some debris in the blower cage. I recommend you drop the blower motor and find out what it is. Dropping the blower motor is about a 30 minute job and doesn't require any special tools. The instructions are in the Helms service manual and are very thorough. Start by removing the panel under the dash on the passenger side and you will see what I'm talking about.
Clean the squirrel cage and the vibration will go away. If you don't get the debris out of there, the out of balance condition will ruin the bearings in the blower motor and shake the dash loose...
