Default Need power source added a heated seat

Any suggestions where I should get my power source for a heated seat on a 99 convertible. The seat is reupholstered with heating elements. I just need power.

I know the easiest way is to tap into my cigarette lighter but my XM is already powered by that and I don't want to mess that up.

There are two empty fuse slots but how do you tape into those without creating other problems? I'm assuming I would have to remove the fuse box and get access from the backside?

Which cig lighter is you xm running off of? You could always run the wires under the carpet to behind the one in the center console or behind the ashtry one

You could use the factory accessory wires in the fuse box under the passengers’ feet. The 3 wires the factory left loose in the box (ground, power and turn on lead).
