Default lowering F45

I am trying to figure out on lowering my 02 with F45 options.I wanted to use the simple method which most forum member's used, longer bolts for rear and
shorter bushing for front. But my only concern is ,would this put extra stress on the f45 suspension, causing problems.
If any members have done this mod pls let me know the pro's and cons and the method. Also how much would it be lowered ?.
thz in advance

I lowered mine about 1 1/2 and its about maxed out. The only real cons is that the F45 springs are so soft when you go over speed bumps in the front if you don't go slow you bottom out.

When you are ready to disable the F45 let me know, I think I am the first person on this forum to sucessfully do it! I lowered my car before deactivating the F45 to 27 Front and 27 1/2 Rear with absolutely no problems. After I did my suspension modifications I had the front at 25 15/16" and 26 7/8". Let me know whatever you decide to do and I will provide you with the accurate methods.
