I installed some airbag inserts on my 2000 vette made by cyberdine graphics. I followed the instructions to the letter. Less than 24 hrs later the t's are peeling up. Does anyone have any suggestions on adhearing these graphics to the dash?
just a guess but did you clean the dash well before applying them? many dash cleaners or "protectants" are silicone based. Nothing will stick to that unless its removed first.
I used dawn dishsoap and a ttothbrush applied them using gloves and tweezers and also cleaned everything out with alcohol wipes. I love the look of the letters I wish someone had some ideas on how to apply them rather than take them off.
I had the same issue way back when I first did mine. Went through and cleaned with mineral spirits and denatured alcohol.
When they started to peel off I just took each letter off and put a little superglue/krazyglue on them and reinstalled.
It's been years now through winters and summers and they are still on there as they were back then.
Hope this helps!
Anyone used Superglue on the sills, steering wheel and airbag decals on the initial install? It sounds as though it might save some headaches later on. Any downside to doing that?

Humidty is a huge factor when installing these inserts as stated in directions! I also used a hair dryer to make sure surface was dry after cleaning. I also used warm air after installation to make sure air bubles were removed. No problems here. Hope this helps.
Suggest after cleaning area with denatured alcohol, use "Adhesion Promoter" from 3M and apply with cotton swabs. Let dry then apply the lettering with tweezers. I've done this with all my "stick-on" applications including the rear spoiler and have never had a problem. I got this tip from the installation instructions that came with my ACS rear spoiler. 3M Adhesion Promoter is available where you buy automotive paint.
