3" cat and X?

You left out too many variables to get an answer. Do you have headers, if not your system will not fit the 3" cats. Do you have 3" exhaust pipes, mufflers, and tail pipes. If not 3" X pipe will not fit. I suggest you take every thing to a good muff shop. Sounds like you are going to need some cutting, fitting and welding.
