I will let you know what I think on Thursday or Friday. I just ordered some should have them Wednesday. I have heard good things about them, so I decided to try them out.
They are the best tire for the money for our cars. The compound is real soft so they do grip better than the emt's. You'll lose a lot of road noise also.
I've got 255/40's up front and 285/40's in the back. If I go with these tires again I will get 35's for the rear because there is too much sidewall flex with the 40's. Upgrading swaybars would be another possible fix for me.
Other popular options are BFG's or Michelin Pilots. They cost more but work a little better.
BTW, if you're really into drag racing you can get some Nitto drag radials. I didn't think they'd fit right on our rear rims but I've seen someone who has them on their oem mag. rims and he's real happy with them.
I have them and love them for the money. There not the best out there but there plenty sticky enough and you can do some burnouts at the track without feeling bad. See sig for sizes
I have them. I have used them on a road course and during the Silver State Classic Challenges. Hold nice up to 159. That's as fast as I got. Best tire for the price.
