Torque wrench ?
I have tested both against both Craftsman and Snap-on for accuracy... maybe I got lucky, but there is no discernable diference in accuracy.
Unless you are a professional and want it to last forever, spending any more is a waste of your money.

I'v broken two of the 150 lb 1/2 sears Corp. in Chicago made the locals give me new ones after i complained enough now I have a 250 lb sears (hasn't broken yet) aa 150 1/2 from Griots (they will stand by it and calibrate for free) and a 1/4 inch lb from Harbour freight (cheap)
I'll use the Griots for critical stuff and the sears for the heavy duty stuff like the brake brackets and suspension parts which need higher torque.
