My driver side window is a little loose in comparison with the passanger side window.
Seems that the previous owner used the window to slam the door shut.
Can it be tighten ? and if so what do i need to do once i take the panel off.
I'm not sure I follow but if I'm assuming correctly you might need to replace the door felts that are on top of the window "slot"... those rubber doohickies that kinda squegee your window as it goes up and down?

Man that was technical huh?
Check the doohickies (antirattle pads) to see if loose or worn and either tighten or replace as needed. They are adjustable but make tiny adjustments and run the window up and down (with door closed) to check each adjustment. Too loose and window will continue to rattle. Too tight and window will bind and not close all the way. It's also a good idea to have the window all the way up or all the way down when closing door under normal use. If done when halfway up, they will, over time, shake, rattle and roll.
