Is that normal? Is there an adjustment to stop or minmize air leaks? 80 + mph and cross winds will cause an air leak on my drivers window. Also, when I put the window up, I get an air exhaust sound, like I'm letting air out... right when the window touches the seal.
There are adjustments to tilt the window in and out. One is behind the reflector on the door panel. The other is under a rubber cap on the underside of the door.
I did tip-in adjustment on mine so the door would latch without slamming it shut. There were a bunch of rubber plugs under the door edge. You need a Torx socket to turn the male Torx head on the adjustment screws. I fiddled with it until it sealed nicely without door slamming and no air leaks (tested to about 145 MPH). If the glass is pushed too high it will hit the hard plastic thing at the top of the door opening. It's not difficult, but just time consuming.
