2002 Auto trans Shifting Problem!
Okay, this just started after my rear wheeel bearing replacement, from a dead stop the car takes off with no slippage, but almost redlines befores it shifts. If i take off and then back off the gas like if i was manually shifting, then it finds 2 with no problem and continues on as normal. at about 45 miles per hour it can't make up it's mind to shift in and out of overdrive. someone mentioned this may be a EPC Solienoid problem. The car has 32,000 miles and never had transmission service as the manual says it is not required until 50k with hard driving or 100k normal,, any one
