Do a search. There's numerous threads with results of some tuners achieving over 500 RWHP on very streetable packages. I installed mine last fall, but had to redo the install because I used the stock rocker arms, and damaged the valve tips. It's now known that these heads will require the add'l purchase of roller rocker arms. Other than this drawback, they perform exceptionally well.

Why is the rocker arm change required?

Either shody engineering or a reason to spend more money?

Uh, I already gave you the reason. The stock rockers will wear cups in the valve tips, and would eventually lead to a dropped valve. This is not as big a deal as it seems, because the stock rockers are prone to failure anyway, and it'd be a shame to build a nice high performance motor, and have it eat a bunch of those little roller bearings that the stock rockers have a tendency to crap out.
