A/C blows warm when driving cold when at a stop.
I also have the bad odor for the first minute. No codes or noises from A/C unit I did notice no water drip from drain tube so I assume it must be clogged. Would that cause it to run warm or is it low on freon?

Okay I gat a low side read of 25lbs high side cycled between 145-230. I added a small amout of 134a & it got much cooler (38Deg at vents when idling), I took it for a ride & it was much cooler but I still noticed a drop off in cold air when driving, I brought the low side up to about 32-34. outside temp was 87. All the vent contols seem to work & I have an optima battery so no leaks to vac tubes.

It could be possible that since no moisture is coming out and you get a mildew<----? smell, maybe you are collecting moisture on the evap coils due to a clogged drain. When you drive the system works much better and can actually freeze the water on the evaporator. This forms an ice block and the air comes out kinda cool (not cold) and maybe a little humid. You might also notice that it wont blow out as hard due to the blockage.
It could be a few other things also.
