Hypertech III Questions...Offered for 2000 models?...Coded by VIN?

Hypertech III Questions...Offered for 2000 models?...Coded by VIN?
I realize that Powerloaders are the hot item, but I think if all I wanted to do was extend out, and firm up, shift points a bit on my 2000 A4, it appears the Hypertech III would do the trick. My questions are:
1) Does Hypertech now offer a programmer for the 2000 Corvette?
2) If they are available, are they coded such that one purchased for one car, will not work on another 2000 Corvette?
The reason I ask is, I was wondering if the Hypertech would be marketable if I were to trade the car in on a newer one in the future.

Yes they are available for 2000's. I have one and use it to raise shift points, raise rev limiter and firm up shifts. If you sell your car you can download your stock program and then the Hyperthech would be marketable. I bought mine from someone who used it and then sold his car. :)
