Painting rotors

Bought some rotors that need to be painted in the center.

What paint should I use for this. I know there has to be some heat resistance to consider.

I cleaned mine with muriatic acid, rinsed and then dipped in iron oxide...rinsed..dried and used Duplicolor High Heat aluminum color paint....process compliments of forum member corvette-pilot..he also hooked me up with source for the iron oxide..cost me $5 for it.....did them about 8 months ago..still look great. Getting ready to do another set for an 02. Total project cost including materials and containers to dip the rotors..under $20

BB-Q or Headder type will work. Depending on how your using your car, street or track, you will have to repaint every so often.

I hit mine with brake parts cleaner, and then taped off the centers and painted them with duplicolor hit temp. I put three coats per rotor and they turned out amazing!
