Default Mod for stock thermostat,need help

There was a post ,not to long ago,about modifying your stock thermostat an adding a bb or ball bearing into it, an it makes it a 168.degree[give or take] thermostat.does anyone remember how it go's,or has a link to the old post.

The stock t-stat is fine The motor makes it's best power at 200-220 degrees. you'd be better off getting a bigger radiator. :cheers:

I followed the directions and set up the valve so that it barely seats when the plunger is installed. I run 181 to 183 F same as SFYellow. :yesnod:
