I will be unhooking my battery to install an amp and probably to also upgrade the big three in the next week or so...my question is, what will I need to reprogram once I hook it back up? DIC, memory seats, windows? Thanks for your help, I love this place
I had my battery removed for several hours and only had to update the clock setting on the factory radio (no issues with the anti-theft code since I've never programmed it)...no other issues

I changed my battery last week and only had to reset the clock. When reconnecting power, don't be alarmed with racket that the trunk mount CD changer makes.
I switched batteries and only had to reprogram the anti-theft code in the radio. Make certain you find the code first.
Look in your owner's manual. If you're not sure, look for a red light blinking on the stereo head unit with the key off. If it's blinking, the anti-theft is set. It's probably in the manual under "TheftLock" or some derivative thereof.
If you don't know the code, you should probably see your dealer for advice before disconnecting the battery. Per the service manual, there's a "factory backup code" that the dealer can access, but it isn't published in the manual.
The good news is that the default is no code set, and the only other effect I'm aware of is that the PCM goes into initial learning mode after being de-powered.
