Lower forward window mount constantly loosening

Lower forward window mount constantly loosening
I've fixed this problem 3 times already, and clearly, I'm not fixing it permanently.
THe forward lower window track mount in the driver's side door has a metal post with a rubber sleeve over it. The rubber sleeve works its way off of the sleeve, allowing metal to metal contact within the mount, and causing the window to rattle. Last time I "fixed" it, I tried to use some silicone adhesive to get the rubber sleeve to stay on the post, but it has once again failed to do so.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this once and for all? Is that part available from GM as an individual piece, or must I buy the whole window track (not gonna happen)?
