I don't think so. I believe that the largest sizes are stock Corvette sizes.
A couple weeks back I went hunting for run flat options and found that all of the manufacturers seemed to max out at exactly the same size. BFG, Dunlop, Firestone and Michelin all make run flat or self-supporting run flat tires.
I haven't, however, checked into self sealing tires (tires which have a layer of tire sealant under the ruber that permanently seals the wound if punctured).
