Hey guys,
I recently bought a 160* stat from a forum member. Since weather is gettting hotter now, I wanted to put that in my A4 coupe. Question is - Do I need to re-program fans? I did have the settings changed a while back, my fans come ON sooner now. So... after I stick in the new stat, what needs to be done ???

Since my fans come ON sooner now (with stock stat), the temps stay exactly where they should be. Oil: 210, Coolant: 194, A4 Tranny: 160. But I also have the B&M tranny cooler that helps out I think.
Question ~ With the 160* stat, what should I expect in future?
