Bench Test AT?
Two questions about C5 automatic transmission:
1. Can an AT be set up on the bench out of the car to test shifting functions? I may decide to sell it and I am sure any buyer would like this info.
2. Will the bellhousing and rear extension from a late model 4L60E bolt up to the Vette trans? That is, are the input and output shafts the same dimensions as a regular rear drive passenger car?
Note to monitors- I originally wrote this thread and discovered that I was in the C4 forum so I tried to delete it -hope I was successful.
