SVO 30 Injectors
Also I am thinking of upgrading to LS6 intake manifold. Is it worth it to upgrade to LS6 intake? Approximate power gain, and how easy it to install?

No real gain from them stock except you might be able to pick up some Timing Advance if you use a MAFT. But there are other ways to pick up timing without using the injectors & MAFT. IAT Resistors for example.
H/C at 400rwhp+ should prob have SVO 30#
450rwhp+ should get at least SVO 30#'s, even better SVO 36# if you can find them.
418-454cid 500rwhp+ on Nitrous should get the SVO 40# or is it 42#s?.
I'm using the 36#'s, but I should be a bit fat with them.

By doing that the engine timing esp at WOT will be reduced, which decreases performance and torque.
Now by using larger injectors like the SVO 30s, you gain 30 % richer ( - the 8 % lean you are) and allow you to tune for leaner condition which increases timing and torque. Being your swapping to a slightly larger intake manifold, you would be even leaner.
The larger injectors will operate at a lessor duty cycle and have plently of ability to go fatter as you add even more mods that require more airflow, and thus need more richness to balance the AFR.
Newer C5s are dsigned to be running even leaner then older MYs, I just worked on a '01 Z06 with just a few airflow mods and the LTFT was already 20% too lean !
Being too lean drives up amount of engine knock, which retards timing and thus another performance buster.
Also leaner causes engine to run hotter, getting LTFT back to zero will reduce temps a few degrees.
You would not be able to adjust larger injectors with that hypertech, best would be a MAFT translator that allows you to custom tune the AFR for your engine makeup/mods.

Yes the SVOs will handle your future needs.
My 372 stroker engine is over 450 HP and with the SVO's I still have to tune
for 20% lean so there is enough juice left for other mods
