Has anyone used this adapter before? If so, I could some help trying to figure out what wires go where?

Try Lingenfelter's web site, they have some info on wiring MAFs. Link below. Good luck.

Thanks, but the wiring diagrams did not work. I have messing with this for a day and a half.

No one seems to know how to wire this up...so I guess I will throw this connector in the garbage and buy the plug and play one from Pace. Should have done that in the first place!!!

I would return it and get the one from Pace Performance if that's what you want. Here's the link for the conversion http://paceperformance.com/index.asp...D&ProdID=24660. The cable is about $23. However, even though it is "plug and play" for connectivity, you will pay $$$$ to get the MAF tables reset with a tune. Your dollars, but I would recommending getting a 1000CFM nylon aftermarket MAF enclosure if you want the additional flow and keep your wiring the same. You can get it for around $150 from Breathless Performance . . . I would get the new one with the air foils, Item 100-225B. Again, this will still be negligible gain, but better than going through all the other tribulations of switching out to the 5-pin connector and Z06 MAF. In addition, you may have problems with your MAF tables if you have the 97 or 98 PCM. Just my thoughts. Have a good one.
