Default engine specs for 2000

i was wondering if anyone knew about the specs of the C5s specifically the 345 horse 2000s (is there such a thing?)
i am planning on building a motor but want to have the car with a specific sound to it on acceleration. what affects the sound....compression? lift and duration? gotta be somethin'?!?! so i figured i would ask around to get a few opinions before i start orderin' parts!
